1. Fast Delivery & Processing Time

  • Processing Window: All orders are quality-checked, packaged, and dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Delivery Timeline:

    • 2 to 3 Business Days (Fast Local Delivery).

  • Dispatches: Once your order is handed over to our courier partners, you will automatically receive a dispatch notification with your tracking details.

2. Shipping Rates & Transparency

We believe in full transparency at checkout. Shipping fees are calculated dynamically based on your delivery address:

  • Standard Delivery: Calculated dynamically and displayed on the checkout screen before you finalize your payment.

  • Free Shipping: Keep an eye out for our special promotions where Free Shipping automatically unlocks at checkout!

3. Real-Time Order Tracking

Every single package sent out by OmniFinds is fully trackable.

  • As soon as your package is dispatched, a Shipment Confirmation Email/SMS will be sent to you containing a unique tracking link.

  • Note: Please allow 12–24 hours for the courier network to update the initial tracking data online.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes (For International Orders)

OmniFinds manages the safe export of your products. However, for orders outside the UAE, any local import duties, customs tariffs, or country-specific taxes applied upon arrival are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Accuracy & Address Changes

The buyer is responsible for verifying that the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% correct.

  • Because we process and dispatch UAE orders rapidly to ensure 2-3 days delivery, address adjustments cannot be guaranteed after the checkout process is finalized.

  • Please double-check your delivery address and contact number before placing the order.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Your peace of mind is incredibly important to us. If your package faces any issues, we resolve it promptly:

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the product is damaged, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damaged packaging and product.

  • Stolen/Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact our 24/7 support immediately so we can coordinate with the courier team.
